The information we collect

Information you give us when you fill in a form on our website (including our contact form, design visit booking and kitchen price estimator), call or email us, or visit our showroom. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, postcode or installation address, and details about your project such as kitchen style, room size, layout, appliance preferences, budget, timescale and any plans or photographs you choose to send us.

Information we need to deliver your kitchen if you become a customer, such as your installation address, design drawings, order details, delivery and fitting arrangements, and payment records. We do not store full card details; payments are handled securely by our bank or payment provider.

Information collected automatically when you browse our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as explained in section 7.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your estimate or design, and arrange appointments – because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with you.

To supply, deliver and install your kitchen and provide aftercare – to perform our contract with you.

To keep financial and tax records – to meet our legal obligations.

To run, secure and improve our website, and to understand which pages and adverts are useful – based on our legitimate interests and, where cookies are not essential, your consent.

To send you kitchen inspiration, offers and news by email – only where you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

We will never sell your personal information.

Who we share your information with

We only share your information where it is needed to provide our service, and only with organisations that are required to keep it secure and confidential:

  • Our website platform, Wix.com, which hosts our website and securely stores enquiries submitted through our forms.

  • Our fitting teams and trusted trade partners, where needed to survey, deliver or install your kitchen.

  • Our kitchen manufacturers and suppliers, where needed to process your order.

  • Our IT, email and accounting service providers.

  • Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement, where you have consented to those cookies.

  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants or legal advisers, and authorities where we are required to by law.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our service providers, such as Wix and Google, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your information

Enquiries and estimate requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, so we can respond to any follow-up questions, and are then deleted.

Customer records, including designs, orders and invoices, are kept for six years after the end of the financial year in which your project was completed, to meet our legal and tax obligations and to support any warranty or aftercare.

If you have agreed to receive marketing emails, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
